Barbera d’Alba Superiore is a full-bodied wine that can be drunk with meat dishes. The harvest of Nebbiolo grapes is manual and takes place in mid-October, followed by a rigorous and careful vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in barrels for about two years during which is enriched with scents, smoothness and roundness in the mouth.
