Langhe DOC Bianco is a wine made from the blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes. The harvest is strictly manual and takes place around the beginning of September. The vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature in order to preserve the best features of both varieties.
