The harvest of the Chardonnay grapes for the production of this wine is manual and takes places in mid-September. The vinification is initially carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and then the wine is moved into the barrels for about eight months. During the aging period the wine is enriched with aromas, structure and body. Langhe Chardonnay aged in wood can be paired with seasoned cheese or main courses of meat or fish.
