“Salvay” springs from the desire to produce a light white wine suitable for any occasion. The harvest takes place at the beginning of September and the vinification technique involves a classic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The bottling is carried out at a temperature of 0°C in order to preserve these pleasant bubbles.
