The Fizzy Red Wine can be drunk on every occasions, it is ideal as an aperitif or matched with greasy food. The harvest takes place in mid-September and the vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the temperature of the wine is lowered to -3°C in order to incorporate and preserve within it the endogenous carbon dioxide and all the aromas and fragrances associated with it.
